When you dispatch Sara Chen, your tenant gets a text from your dedicated number letting them know who's coming and the contact info to expect. Then Sara Chen gets the issue + tenant contact info via SMS. They communicate directly. Tenantline logs the dispatch event but isn't the middleman after that.
