How handyman dispatch works
When you dispatch Bob Werner, your tenant gets a text from your dedicated number letting them know who's coming and the contact info to expect. Then Bob Werner gets the issue + tenant contact info via SMS. They communicate directly. Tenantline logs the dispatch event but isn't the middleman after that.
